Simple Bedroom Tips to Upshift Your Energy Today!

Of all the rooms in your home, the bedroom has the largest impact on you in all areas of your life. This is the room that holds your intimate thoughts and essence. This is the room where you close your eyes and allow yourself to enter a dream state. Health, Wealth, and Romance can be shifted through bedroom feng shui tips.

This article is offers you a very easy “to do” list.  Instant energy upshift ahead!

1. Sheets:
Change your sheets. Strip the bed, and allow the bed to “breathe”. Replace with fresh, clean, soft sheets. The preferred color is a soft skin tone such as rose or cream. Change your sheets often as the accumulate both your physical and emotional residue.

2. Headboard:
If you have an open style or metal headboard, you can ground it by placing a blanket over the open areas. A solid color is preferred. When possible, replace the headboard with a solid style.

3. Artwork:
Take all the artwork and photographs off the wall. Let the walls be empty and clear for a few days. You may notice that you are sleeping more peacefully.

4. Lighting:
Ideally, two lamps on either side of the bed are recommended. Check your room to make sure you have soft lighting. Avoid fans over the bed.

5. Under the Bed:
Remove everything from under the bed. It has a deep influence on you. If you must have storage under the bed, use it for seasonal clothing or items that are not disturbed daily.

6. Bed Position:
If the bed is in the line of the door or under a window, shift it to a better position.

7. Low Vibration Energy:
Dust, vacuum and refresh the bedroom from top to bottom. Clean out all the lower negative energy that attaches to heavy dust and dirt.

8. Clocks–Electronics
Check for any clocks that do not work. Fix or remove them immediately. Remove or limit electronics, phones, televisions.

9. Mirrors:
Clean any mirrors in the bedroom. Ideally you will have only one or none mirrors in the bedroom. Check to make sure it is not reflecting you in the bed. The mirror should never have a crack. Do not keep an antique mirror in the bedroom. They can act as a portal. Mirrors must also reflect the entire body and not be too small or hung too low or high.
