The New England School of Feng Shui was founded in 1999 to bring essential holistic studies and world renowned teachers to the New England area. Hundreds of people have attended our programs on the creation of supportive spaces and personal transformation. Our graduates have gone on to become feng shui practitioners and/or have utilized this knowledge to enhance their work in many other disciplines. All experience significant and positive change, not only to their home and work spaces, but to their life. Science Department of Kean University. She is an adjunct
faculty member teaching
Feng Shui, Tai Chi and Chinese at New Jersey City University. Recently, she founded
the School of Eastern Culture and Philosophy researching unifying themes between
Eastern and Western philosophy.
She is an ordained Taoist Teacher.

The
Teaching Tortoise School of Feng Shui offers an intensive and highly effective
certification program. The focus on Classical Feng Shui gives our graduates an
important edge in the marketplace. Program Director, Mary Jane Kasliner, brings
her in-depth world-wide training and knowledge to the school and is committed
to seeing each and every student through to becoming a competent consultant. To
receive a Mastery Certification in Classical Feng Shui students must complete
all courses, complete a final examination with an 80% or better, and perform 2
consultations (Residential & Business).
The Teaching Tortoise School of
Feng Shui offers a long distance training certification program with full Narration
CD's that encompass all classroom material. Students are required to fulfill aforementioned
requirements for certification.

Feng Shui Institute of America, LLC is the oldest contemporary school
of feng shui in America offering certification. It has served students for over
20 years. Nancilee Wyrdra, Feng Shui Master and Founder of the Pyramid philosophy
of feng shui formed the school to offer an option for those who wanted to incorporate
their own beliefs and values into feng shui approaches. In most recent years the
curriculum has been refined to bring on a more scientific approach with documented
research that backs up the theory of feng shui and its results.
The
Pyramid philosophy of feng shui offers a western approach to feng shui integrating
the symbols, beliefs and values of western cultures while incorporating the ancient
tenets of feng shui. FSIA's
"pyramid" philosophy identifies feng shui as an information system that
reveals how a home or workplace can affect health, relationships and self-actualization.
“We feel that our experiences in life cannot be isolated from the language
of our environment,” says Nancilee Wydra. “The thread separating us
from many other species is the cognition of our own condition”. The pyramid
philosophy taught in our courses and practiced by our graduates explores that
relationship of how "person connects to place" and how "that place
communicates messages to the person". The
FSIA offers continuing education and advanced training topics to those graduates
wishing to delve deeper into the science of human response to physical space that
includes the study of: behavioral neuroscience, psycho-social factors in ergonomics;
molecular cell biology, building biologie, human response to color, lighting,
clutter, shapes and architectural features. FSIA
also has a strong faculty training program that provides a career path to graduates
who want to move to a dedicated pursuit of Pyramid school Master’s status.
FSIA offers distance
learning certification programs, accelerated class room courses, mini/preparatory
courses, training CDs, from recorded advanced training sessions and soon-to-be
offered personal development programs.
