Ask Conscious Design ~

Dear Conscious Design Magazine

I have heard that you can apply feng shui to your desktop.
Can you give me any information or guidelines I can use?

M.A.

Dear M.A.,

I would be happy to share some guidelines for your fengshui desktop. Of course, before working on your desk-top, make sure your desk is in a strong commanding position with a view of the door, and a solid wall behind for mountain support. A strong executive style chair will offer success and support as well. All clutter, especially dead piles that are attracting spiders, have to be cleared.

We will work with a simple basic western style bagua for desk top recommendations. It is important to have clarity and strong intention while making adjustments to the desk. Take some time to write down your short and long term goals. While making changes on your desk, notice any area where you seem especially challenged ! It provides a great opportunity for progress.
Clear off the desk top completely and wipe it clean and clear. Start with a fresh "face". Using the fengshui energetic "map", you
can set up your desk with symbolic power to maximize your success.
