time in the office is a phase in the life of many people, which plays an important
role in maintaining their health. The office constitutes a working environ-ment
with a multitude of physical and psychological demands, challenges or stresses,
which have a long term effect on the person working in an office. A high degree
of psychologically influenced misconduct and resultant physical ailments are a
result of this. On the contrary, a meticulous and holistic design of the working
environment can also promote creativeness and significantly contribute to the
well being of body and mind. This also promotes productivity and the ability of

Creativity for more efficiency Creativity
is important for a healthy office and a healthy company. Employees who contribute
creatively intuitively respond better and faster to challenges in their job and
are therefore more successful. By
contrast, employees who in a virtuously perfect manner execute only what they
are told are less able to react on changes and on a long term fail to compete. Virtuosity
is the opposite of creativity. It is not all how good you have learned your job.

little bit more sophisticated is your preference for privacy. Privacy is more
than se-curity and implies a secured space for your individuality. If
you lack security and privacy at your workplace (ex. through bad furniture design
and office planning) you unconsciously establish alternate security domains around
your workplace through your behavior. Some of these behaviors are named like:
ag-gressive, affective, deviant, elusive, threatening, antisocial, defensive,
incommunica-tive, arrogant, reserved, .. Definitely all adjectives are not compliant
to your corporate culture and in fact not helpful to be efficient and competitive.
Also these behaviors may cause long term affliction to the poor person itself.
On the contrary: A secure
